How long ago did you start orienteering? My first race was the BCOC’s In 2000, I went to a couple of meets over the next few years, and then slowly got more and more competative.
Have you been to previous World Championships? JWOC 2009 in Italy
What keeps you motivated to train for the sport? The people, the places, being out in the middle of the forest all by my self, and the constant challenge to improve.
Do you have a pre-race ritual? Not really, a bit of a warm up and going through my checklist to make sure I havn’t forgotten anything
What would be your best orienteering memory? The atmosphere and terain at JWOC, and meeting/ training with so many new people in Denmark.
